Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our service is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.40 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.85 a pound. Same day service is also available for $3.10/lb.
There is a $55 order minimum.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you in 48 hours. Friday pickups will be returned on Monday.
Yes, there are certain items like comforters and blankets that we charge for by the piece. See our pricing page for more information.
Simply click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions. These instructions are saved and will be done with every order, so you only have to let us know once.
You do not. Just let us know in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry bags, so our driver knows where to find them.
We are not responsible for any stolen laundry bags.
We recommend using a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that will cinch closed.
Sure thing! We will ensure your hanging items are returned back to you on your own hangers! Simply place your hangers in a separate bag next to your laundry, and we’ll be happy to take them. If personal hangers are not sent in, DripDrop will provide up to 15 wire hangers at NO additional cost.
Never! We will never wash your clothes with another customer's clothes.
Simply log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
We ask for your credit card information when you sign up. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
Your credit card is charged once your order is complete. If the credit card is declined (expired, account closed, insufficient funds, etc.), your order does not get moved to the delivery phase. You can update your payment info by accessing your account or calling us. Once your payment has been received, your order will be delivered the next delivery day.
