DripDrop Cleaners Laundry Pickup & Delivery – Consent & Liability Agreement

Effective Date:  May 25, 2025

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Garment Processing

· No Dry Clean Items: We do not process dry clean-only items unless explicitly discussed and approved in advance. Any dry-clean items sent without prior arrangement will be cleaned using standard wash and fold procedures, at your own risk.

· Dryer Use: All items will be washed and machine dried unless otherwise specified.

· Stain Treatment: Stains will only be treated upon customer request. We do not guarantee full stain removal.

2. Lost or Damaged Items

· All claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

· Reimbursement, when applicable, is limited to the actual value of the item(s), not to exceed a total of $1,000 per order.

· We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, weak fabric, pre-existing damage, or manufacturer defects.

· Despite our best efforts, residual detergent, softener, or other products may remain on clothing.

3. Pickup & Delivery Liability

· We are not responsible for items before pickup or after delivery. Please ensure your laundry is placed in a secure, designated pickup location.

· No payment, no delivery. Orders must be paid in full before return delivery is scheduled.

· Abandoned Orders: If not claimed within 14 days after notification of completion, your laundry may be donated, kept, or sold at our discretion.

4. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer if we believe the items provided, behavior, or environment pose a risk to our staff, equipment, or company operations.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

· Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the scheduled pickup time, which begins at 8:00 AM on service days.

· Late cancellations may incur a minimum $10 fee before your next order can be processed.

6. Marketing & Media

Unless you opt out in writing, your laundry (not including personal identification or sensitive items) may be photographed or filmed for use in promotional, marketing, or social media content.

By placing an order with DripDrop Cleaners, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms.
