Refund Policy

DripDrop Cleaners Laundry Pickup & Delivery- Refund Policy
We are committed to providing professional, high-quality service. Please carefully review our refund policy before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final After Pickup
· Once your laundry has been picked up, all services are 100% non-refundable, regardless of service outcome, satisfaction, or unexpected delays.
· This includes any fees for washing, drying, folding, delivery, or special handling.
2. No Refunds for Customer Errors
· We are not responsible for errors due to:
o Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lighters, makeup)
o Incorrect pickup/drop-off addresses provided
o Inclusion of dry-clean-only items or specialty fabrics not disclosed prior to pickup
o Items delivered late due to missed or inaccessible pickup/delivery
3. Damaged or Missing Items
· Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. While refunds will not be issued, we may offer a credit or partial reimbursement, per our liability policy (up to $1,000 max per order).
· We reserve the right to determine whether replacement, repair, or credit is appropriate based on the situation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Before Pickup
· Orders canceled at least one hour prior to your scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.
· Orders canceled less than one hour before pickup may incur a $10 late cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
5. Abandoned Orders
· If laundry is not claimed within 14 days of notification, it may be donated, discarded, or sold. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or abandoned orders.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
